Exortus CrossFit is much more than a conventional CrossFit gym. What we offer, which can be seen on our timetable,
is that CrossFit is our focus, but it isn’t however our sole offering. We also offer Cardio Club, CrossFit Classes, HIIT named FIT45, Exortus Build, Olympic Weightlifting, Bespoke Personal Training, CrossFit Teams
and CrossFit Kids as well as CrossFit Teens

WOD’S

A daily workout of the day with
our CrossFit Class performs.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal centred 1:1 or group based training, separate to our main classes and provided privately on your request.

CARDIO CLUB

Our Cardio Club is a 60 minute class which involves no barbells or any advanced gymnastics.

EXORTUS FLOW

Flow is a combination of exercises which concentrates or strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. It also concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility and with this, helping reduce the chance of injury, alongside developing both the physical and mental health connection.

EXORTUS BUILD

Our Build classes are designed to improve your strength and also your understanding and technical ability of lifting.

HIIT / FIT45

Our HIIT classes are 45 minutes long and perfect for those with limited time.

CROSSFIT CLASSES

Group based training incorporating a result driven programme to ensure you reach your goals and help provide you with the best possible fitness experience.

KIDS & TEENS

A program driven by both owners, Ashley and Natalie McFee who have a huge place for bringing this to their facility.

OPEN GYM
